Daily Dragon Exercise

For the month of November Alphedia is running a Daily Dragon Exercise in our Dragon Wisdom School Facebook group. The dragons have asked that we take some time each day to connect in with a specific type (eg, fire, air, water). This is to help deepen our connection with the dragon realm and allow for greater healing experiences. Each day there will be an invocation to use for your meditation, information on the dragons and the opportunity to discuss and tell of your stories and healings with the Dragons. This is also a great way to connect with others in the group and to share our experiences.

So far this week we have connected in with the beautiful Water dragons, the Ether dragons and the Air dragons. It is great to hear how others connect and communicate with dragons, as well as being a great place to ask any questions you may have around your work with the dragon realm.

Following Dragon Guidance

For years I have been working with the Dragon Kingdom and have always found their guidance to be very pertinent and helpful. But as a channel over the years I receive so much information that I've got out of the habit of keeping my notebook diary that I diligently wrote in every day when I first started out on my spiritual journey.

Various reasons for this, I met a man, fell in love, we have a wonderful child and as I got weller I was able to do more things like go swimming, go to the spa and I lost my attachment to keeping a diary of guidance.

However I wanted to share with you a recent story involving the dragons which has made me look at the importance of writing down their guidance somewhere, or at least remembering it somewhere in my head.

In March 2019 I channeled a Water Dragon Workshop, many of you may have taken part in this, if not it is available as an automatic download on the shop for you to experience the beautiful frequency of the Water Dragons.

Now the Water Dragons live in large water bodies, it may be an ocean, maybe a sea, maybe a loch or a lake or a river.

These beautiful dragons are powerful healers to work with. The Water dragons connect very much with Human's emotional body and the emotional body of Mother Earth.

During this workshop I was told that the Aegean sea would be the most healing sea and water body to visit. At the time I thought make a note to myself, look up where the Aegean Sea is.

I knew it was somewhere in the Mediterranean but I presently forgot and didn't think anything more of it. Then come October and we decided to book a last minute holiday in the sun to help us relax during the mid-term break.

I decided that it would be ideal if we could visit a volcano as part of this experience. So I was looking at the Canary Islands, which are islands belonging to Spain off the West Coast of Africa and have a lot of volcanic history.

Days and days were spent trying to book this holiday and it was not flowing. But still I was forgetting my Aegean Sea message and then a travel agent phoned me, once I had asked the dragons to come in and clear the blocks to us having an amazing holiday, our first holiday abroad as a family in a hotel and the next morning I woke up to a phone call from a different holiday from the one I was using saying they had found what seemed a perfect hotel for us on the Island of Kos.

Now the Island of Kos had a special place in my heart, but I did not know what water body it resided within. So when we looked at the hotel and decided that this was the place we were going to go to I was thinking of my dear friend Alison who took part in many of my courses and flew out to Cos 4 or 5 times a year, she was planning in her retirement to move out there and set up a healing centre and had asked me to go with her and check it out with her and I'd never been able to do this because unfortunately she passed away very suddenly three years previously.

But only after we had booked did I go and look at the exact location of the Island of Kos, I knew it was a Greek island near Turkey but it sits within the Aegean sea and as soon as I saw that I thought of course the dragons told me that in March and if I'd followed my guidance I could have booked it sooner, I wouldn't have wasted my days which I had done previously trying to book a holiday for the Canary Islands and I may have also booked it sooner and got a discount.

None of that mattered I was just delighted to be going to this beautiful island. When we arrived on the land I instantly felt at home, the land had very feminine energy and we got checked in late at night to our hotel room which was a bungalow room 30 metres walk, if that, to the Aegean Sea.

We were lucky the weather was a beautiful 27 degrees every day we were there and when I first stepped foot inside the energy of the Aegean my heart just opened. For the next seven days I swam every day in this beautiful sea, which was very salty but warm.

The only place I can compare I've ever had the feeling emotionally akin to it is on the magical Island of Iona off the West Coast of Scotland, a famous heart centre of the Earth. So every day I connected to the Water Dragons of the Aegean and every day I felt happier and got weller and I felt so grateful for this special experience.

So I share this blog with you to inspire you to follow the guidance the dragons have to offer you and no matter how many blocks are standing in your way, if you call the dragons in to shift them they will dissolve them and that is what I had done without realising it, by asking the dragons to help me have a beautiful holiday with water, with palm trees, lots of flowers, delicious food. The dragons heard my plea knowing that the best place for me to go was to the Aegean Sea. So here is an invocation to help you follow and call upon your dragon guidance.

Invocation

" I call upon the wisdom of the dragon realm.

I ask for your support and guidance in aiding me into my path of alignment.

Please help me follow any wisdom that you are able to share.

Please dissolve, transmute, transform any blocks that are stopping me following your dragon guidance.

Please unravel, dissolve any timelines, any entities, any conditioning that stops me moving into this place of joy with you.

I ask you to support me in trusting fully that your guidance is for my highest and best.

It is with great honour and great joy that I wish to connect and be shown what guidance you are able to give me at this time.

If you have a particular problem or issue you wish that you are looking to get guidance on just ask for the guidance on that topic now. Adoni. "

So on reflection and having done this invocation again I am able to see that there were various things that were blocking me following that guidance instantly.

The first one that came up was unworthiness, not feeling worthy of having an amazing all inclusive holiday, not feeling able to justify spending money on myself and my family for that one week and a belief that good things never come easily to me.

Once I'd identified these key beliefs I was able to ask the dragons to dissolve this and shift this and although when I was on the island I still had occasional moments of "I can't believe how much money we've spent on this experience" every time I went into the sea the dragons just dissolved this and a further layer of my lack of self love and self worth.

By the end of the holiday I was planning my next one! I had a tear in my eye on leaving the Island of Kos, it really touched my heart. I feel really passionate now about helping people to find the places on Earth that will really touch their heart and soul that way too.

So I am putting out there now for the dragons to guide me to my next location that is going to help fill me up and nurture me with self love and I hope you have that experience also.

Your relationship with the dragons

How can you connect and work with the dragons?

More and more people are hearing the call to work with the dragons which is fantastic! and people often ask me what's the best way they can connect with them. I would say it's very important not to have any expectations of how communicating and working with the dragons will be, just trust your gut feeling and intuition.

If you'd like to establish your own relationship with the dragon realm I'd recommend the following:

Trust in yourselves - overcome any self doubt that you ARE connecting, hearing, feeling, intuiting any connection with the dragons
Have the desire - be sure and be strong in your intention to connect with the dragons
Ground yourself - this is a very important step, visualise your roots going down into the heart of Mother Earth, go barefoot if possible, or stand outside in nature, ask your guides for help in being grounded, ground through the heart chakra and work with the 12 chakra system which includes the Earth Star chakra beneath your feet to ground more affectively. When your chakra’s are open and energy is flowing the dragons can connect more easily with you.
Open your 6th sense - in whatever way you are able and comfortable with, this can be through clairsentience, clairvoyance, claircognizance or clairaudience, or just set your intention to be have all your senses fully open.
Being in the heart - and not the head!
Be still - allow yourself time to be quiet, go for a walk in nature, switch your phone off and give the dragons an opportunity to communicate with you

Another popular question I'm asked is how can you do Earth healing work with the dragons? You can of course ask them directly and listen out for the answer, try invoking your own dragon guides as they will be closer to you and easier to connect with. They will guide you in what Earth healing work you can help with and which locations need the healing.

If you have any dragon skulls you can always visit the location your intuition tells you to visit - often this will be a sacred site, stone circle, or even the site of an old battle field. Put your crystal dragon skull down on the ground (you may need to activate it by chanting 'Lem, Lem, Lem' which is an old Lemurian chant). Ask the Dragon skull to transmute any Earth grid anomalies in the area and they will start to work on it. You’ll feel the Earth energies re-balancing themselves. You are there to witness it energetically. Once you feel the healing and transmutation has taken place you can pick up your skull and feel good that you have helped the dragons and Mother Gaia.

Remember to trust what comes into your consciousness and don't doubt it and if it makes you feel happy you are doing the right thing!

Hopefully this gives you a few tips on how to establish your own unique relationship with the dragons, just trust yourself and enjoy connecting.

Dragons shifting blocks

Dragon energy is great to work with to help you get motivated! Currently I'm working on the new Dragon Wisdom School website which has been down for two years!

This time of year when it's so dark it can be hard to get motivated to get your day started! I'm NOT a morning person but if I sit with a dragon skull and meditate first thing they will shift blocks that are manifesting as lack of motivation to get on with the day!

Getting out into nature really helps too but the freezing weather has not been very appealing lately for me!

The dragons say today write a motivation list of what you would like to create/achieve then ask them to transmute anything in your way!

Remember we are here to create from our soul not ego drivers, have a lovely day!

My spiritual beginnings!

Welcome to my new blog on Dragons! This is where I will be posting up my Dragon experiences and information they bring through for me. I will also be sharing dragon experiences from myself and others. If you have a dragon experience you would like to share please email it through.

In 2006 I met my wonderful husband and soul partner Auraengus (then Richard for those who have read Messages from Nature's Guardians). He was introduced to me as a homeopath to help heal my eyes. At the time I was unable and had been for 3 years, to be able to tolerate any artificial light. Ponder on that for a moment...

Dark night of the soul

From around 4pm in the Scottish winter until 8am the next day, I was sat, on my own, in the dark for 3 years. Talk about going through the dark night of the soul! Not only was I intolerant to light for 3 years but for 2 years I was unable to tolerate sound. I couldn't listen to radio or audio books to distract me from my predicament and pass the time. I also couldn't move for over a year either. I was alone with my own thoughts, day after day in the same room, looking at the same view.

You may be wondering how I got through that period without depression or panic attacks! To be honest I wonder that myself now too! Bizarrely I just surrendered into the space I was in! Not knowing that was what I was doing. I had no other option if I wanted to stay alive. I had a strong knowing within me that this was what I had to do and that one day someone would come and help me heal. I surrendered into trust in my inner knowing.

Now often in the channelings I bring through the higher light beings are asking us to surrender into trust in the divine, which many people either don't understand yet or their ego has difficulty with this process. Part of my work with the dragons is to help people transmute their inner blocks to trusting their selves and their inner guidance.

When I was ill, my parents cared for me at home for which I am extremely grateful. At the time of all this happening I was not spiritual in the slightest. I didn't know anyone who was either. All my family were Church of Scotland and I had rejected that path by the time I took ill at 23. However I now know it was during this period I experienced a soul swap or you may know it as Walk in experience. This knowledge/realisation came to me in 2011. Fiona, who I was, left the body I have now in 2004 and I, Alphedia, came back onto Earth. I have had many hundreds of incarnations on Earth in various roles including High Priestess of the Nature Spirit Temple in Atlantis and Dragon Initiate High Priestess in the Atlantean experiment too. The Arara in my name is my Lemurian Priestess name which I was reminded of in a Lemurian Dolphin workshop I channelled in 2013 and told to start to use.

I, Alphedia, as a soul have returned for many reasons but one is to help recreate Temples of Light on Earth to support the Ascension process and to gather souls together who are here on the same mission. A mission to ultimately support Mother Earth as she moves more fully into her 5th dimensional versions of herself and we humans do too. A big part of my mission, the Dragons tell me, is to reawaken the dormant knowledge within you to remember why you are here and support you on your Earth Healing work and your inner ascension journey to higher levels of consciousness. To aid you to be the highest aspect of yourself at any given moment and to remove the fear programming and other ego drivers and conditioning that we have taken on that is not our truth and just hinders our soul progression.

My psychic healers

So somehow my guides needed to help me wake up to my spirituality! They did this by bringing in key people who were on their path and were aware there was more to life than the material world, that you have a soul who lives on beyond the physical death and that you are here for a soul purpose.

They brought me two psychic healers (who didn't call themselves that) to wake me up! One of them being my dear husband Auraengus. The other was Joyce, a neurophysiologist who has now crossed over. Joyce was found by my Auntie who ran a health store and she started to treat me with ion therapy which alkalised my body. The cell care therapy machine started to help reduce the brain swelling and get my central nervous system functioning again.

She also did the initial physical rehabilitation to get me moving, able to walk, clean my teeth, hold cutlery which took around two years until I was able to do basic tasks we take for granted again all be it with limited ability. It was through working with Joyce who had very strong healing intuition that my sixth sense started to develop. I also started to have experiences of spirits visiting me and angels. I could clearly hear and see them and thought everyone who was into this spiritual work could!

My husband gave me my life back

It was when I met my now husband however that my journey with the nature spirits really started. He cured my eyes with Merlin's vortex healing and homeopathy (something the top Scottish eye doctor told me they were 25 years away from doing) and by doing so gave me my life back again. Luckily for me he fell in love with me too despite our 26 year age gap we knew we were to be together. A true connection of souls. Our souls have known each other many, many lifetimes and he is on a similar mission to me to help Mother Earth and heal and inspire others on their path.

I was having lots of experiences with Natures Spirits and Elementals that you can read about in my first book Messages from Nature's Guardians . It was from Auraengus telling me about his experience with having to create an energetic dragon egg in Wales before we had met that awoke within me the knowledge Dragons are real! Just they don't live in our dimension. We have to use our 6th sense to communicate with them. My 6th sense had opened dramatically when I was lying in the dark as my other senses weren't working properly.

The dark night of the soul period allowed me to nurture an aspect that in your busy lives it is often difficult to do. I didn't meet my first dragon until 2007 and like the way the other elementals came to me. It was a physical experience outside in nature at the Winter Solstice with Merlin in Merlindale, whre we live now. I will write about this in my next blog for you all!
